Have you heard of the quote “eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper?” This reminds us that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
It also teaches us how to eat throughout the day. Eating like a king for breakfast simply suggests that you take in the most calories in the morning, then reducing calorie intake as the day progresses.
It also underlines the importance of having a full and healthy meal in the morning.

Dangers of Skipping Breakfast
Because there are many things that need to be done in the morning, many people would rather skip the breakfast. That’s something I would not recommend, though.
Skipping breakfast will not leave you lethargic. You won't have the energy you need to accomplish tasks at work or at home.
It can also be very dangerous in the long run , as it can increase risks of obesity and its complications such as diabetes, heart disease, and infertility.
For women, skipping breakfast can cause menstrual irregularities. You could experience painful menstruation and irregular menstrual bleeds.
And not eating in the morning can affect your mood. You will likely be in a bad mood that can affect your performance at work.
