Peanut Butter, Banana Fudge Pops

I'm so excited to share these healthy, creamy treats with you! I've been playing around with frozen yogurt desserts and Popsicles for years and I have to tell you these are honestly my favorite to date! Best of all in my humble opinion, they're totally healthy! No added sugar, they are sweetened with a few dates and are chock full of healthy add ins like Real California fat free yogurt, banana, sugar free peanut butter and my secret under-cover healthy ingredient, avocado!

“By posting this recipe I am entering a recipe contest sponsored by Real California Milk products and am eligible to win prizes associated with the contest. I was not compensated for my time.”

The perfect texture and consistency was what I was aiming for and I was so happy that they turned out perfectly. Just like store bought fudge pops which have long been my favorite cold treat, they are smooth and creamy and perfectly chocolately. Now we can do without going to the grocery store and with out all of the processed sugar!

California is considered The Dairy State. Did you know that 99% of California Dairy Farms are Family owned. That means a huge pride and a lot of love goes into raising their cows. California dairy farms are know for caring about their animals, that's super important to me!

Real California Dairy has a very informative and fun interactive website, I found myself paroosing around there for 20 minutes. You'll want to check it out for more open and honest information about their farms and tons of really wonderful recipes!

Did you know that adding 1 serving of low fat dairy to your daily diet may decrease your chances for Type-2 Diabetes by 10%? That's huge! What a simple and delicious way to keep your body healthy!

People are changing the way they eat. We’re eating better, we’re eating simpler, with wholesome dairy at the heart of it all. We don’t believe in overly processed and we don’t believe in overly complicated. We believe in real food made by real families, kissed by the California sun.

I'm ok with eating healthier if it means I can have popsicles for an afternoon treat!
