Forty Healthy and Creative Thanksgiving Day Side Dishes That are CenterTable Worthy

You don't have to be stuck with the same calorie loaded side dishes this year at your Thanksgiving Day table. I've found 40 of the most deliciously healthy and creative Fall inspired dishes from soups and salads to roasted vegetables, healthier green bean casserole and stuffed squash. If your vegetarian then this is your lucky day! Most of these dishes are gluten free, vegetarian or vegan and all are healthy and delicious!

I for one am drooling over this plate of garlic and herb mashed potatoes with a Cabernet Thyme Gravy from The Vegan 8! Potatoes with your gravy if you please and not the other way around!

Or how about these gorgeous roasted butternut squash with wilted baby spinach next to your perfectly roasted Turkey?

The only problem is which ones to choose! I say one of each please and let's call it a Thanksgiving Day Tapas Table!
